Chaos comes from within...

Dealing with a precarious situations have always been like double edged sword. You fight with external events, as well as the internal emotional turmoil, resulting in adding more fuel to the gravity of external events.

The intensity of external events do disturb a lot, but more than, the internal restlessness becomes a perennial problem. This perennial internal representation somehow delusions the fact that external events are not further deteriorating, rather improving!

Having with this internal state, our mind is not able to see sub atomic twinkles/improvement in the external situations; because there is hardly any congruence in the external situations Vs internal vision.

At times, external events settle down, but our internal thought process goes on a trajectory, probably in a maze. Hardly any escape, pessimism settles down internally.

The disquieting internal frame of mind manifest the problem in a much bigger way than actually it is.

The internal chaotic celebrations becomes a habit over a period of time, and hinders the capacity to objectively assess the situation with a positive frame of mind and enjoy both the good and bad times to the hilt
